Why isn't my QR code working?
A QR code may not work correctly for many reasons. First and foremost, you should check the data you entered, as even small typos in the URL can cause the QR code to malfunction. Some types of QR codes, such as vCards, contain a large amount of information, so it is recommended to reduce the amount of data for more efficient scanning of the QR code by scanning applications. It is also important to try increasing the size of the QR code and checking if it helps. It is equally important to ensure sufficient contrast between the background and the foreground of the QR code, with the foreground always being darker than the background.
Is there a limit on the number of times a QR code can be scanned?
A QR code created using our service will work indefinitely and has no limits on the number of times it can be scanned. You can scan it as many times as you need without any restrictions.
Why does a vCard QR code display fields incorrectly?
Some QR code scanners may not correspond to the official vCard specifications, which can cause problems when displaying fields. However, most modern scanners should be able to read vCard QR codes correctly. If you are experiencing issues with vCard QR codes, try using a different QR code scanner app or updating your current app to the latest version.
